Do you take Commissions?

No. At the end of 2018, we discontinued custom orders and have no plan to offer commissions in the future. 
 
This includes: Full digitigrade suits, Full Plantigrade suits, Partial suits, Heads, Paws, and custom parts.

No, we have no plans to take custom work at this time.

Where can I get a Pawaii fursuit?

We make fursuits in small batches, so in order to obtain one, you will need to keep up with us on social media, as we will announce the release and sale of suits there.

What designs and species are coming next?

Shhh, that's a secret!
We work on several projects at once and some species and designs change as we progress. So we have decided to keep what we have planned under wraps until we are very near release. Surprises are more exciting!
 
Keeping an eye out for announcements is the fastest way to find out what our next suits will be!

Does Pawaii go to conventions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We do not sell suits at conventions yet, but we have plans to do so in the future. We will be sure to annouce what conventions we are attending as soon as we can. 
 
We are based out of the southern United States, Florida specifically. So we will likely try to attend FWA, and Megaplex.

How old do you have to be to buy a Pawaii fursuit?

Accepted Answer

You must be 18 years or older to purchase suits.

This age restriction is enforced and multiple forms of verification may be required before the sale is finalized.
 
If you are under the age of 18, we would be happy to work with your parent or gaurdian to discuss and complete the sale.

Are payment plans available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will consider payment plans depending on the purchase price. 
We will likely require payment plans last no longer than 3 months, and require a 50% down payment.
 
Please bring up your need for a payment plan when you submit an offer or before you place a bid.

Do you accept trades?

Accepted Answer

No. Though we appreciate every artist's unique work, Pawaii is our livelihood, and monetary transactions are a necessity.

Can you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We already have Pawaii customers from all over the globe and we would be excited about adding more.
 
Though, please keep in mind that shipping costs usually exceed $100USD and you will be responsible for customs in your country.
